Apache Junction is updating several of its codes, amongst them Land Use, Development, Subdivisions, Design Standards and Land Splits and Land Assemblage.
The Apache Junction Planning and Zoning Commission will be discussing staff proposals and presentations on Tuesday February 23, 2021 at their 7pm meeting.

If you or your clients are in land development and building, you may wish to attend and present your comments and input.
Also on the agenda is the use of Cargo Containers in residential and commercial areas.
