Registered voters will receive the publicity pamphlet in the mail by April 21st or you can get a copy at City Hall, the Main Library at 449 N Drylake St, the Vista Grande Library at 1556 N Arizola Rd or the Casa Grande Community Recreation Center at 1905 N Peart Rd.
