Free Assumability is no longer a mystery to property owners, buyers, lenders and real estate agents working and/or living in Sun City West.
The WeMAR Free Assumability Task Force released education materials last month designed to inform and educate members of the public. Now we have joined forces with a group of professionals who also live in Sun City West and their Sun City Task Force.
The group will be attending the Sun City West Board of Directors meeting on April 26, 2018 at 9am. Sun City West Lecture Hall, 19803 N,R.H. Johnson Dr., Sun City West to explain the consequences of Free Assumability to members of the community and request a change in the governing documents. You may choose to speak or just lend support to other speakers. The group will also be attending the Sun City Board Meeting on April 26, 2018 (9am) at Sun Dial Auditorium, corner of Boswell & 103rd/Greenway, Sun City.

Previous to the Board of Director meeting, residents and members of the Task Force will meet on April 19th to discuss the points they want to make at the Board of Directors meeting. The time and location of the meeting is yet to be determined.
