In April 2019, WeMAR hosted Gilbert Davidson. Chief Davidson is Arizona’s Chief Operating Officer. While it is common place to see a COO of a company, it is more unusual for a state to have a COO. Yet having someone whose only job is to make sure things work, seems like an important and necessary job.
