I will be presenting a quick overview of West Valley real estate and show you how to locate new opportunities on August 11th at 10am when I present to a group of agents and brokers at Magnus Title.
Harry Paxton, Deputy Economic Development Director at Goodyear, will join me from 10am to 11am to discuss all the new projects in Goodyear, their new City Hall and Library campus with Class A office space, and the future of development in Goodyear. This is a good time to ask about the Goodyear City Plan and the current update process as well.
Then at 11am I will spend an hour reviewing the West Valley, product types, housing entitlements, and sources of current information you and your clients need to find opportunities before everyone else!
